Centurian Condominium in downtown Edmonton came to us with an original boiler system from the 1970's. The aging mechanical infrastructure of their building was no longer reliable, and they needed a trustworthy contractor to provide a whole new system.
Maximum and our team spent a summer removing the old boilers, hot water tanks and provisions and replacing with a modern, state of the art hydronic system for their building heat and domestic hot water.
We worked alongside the building's engineers to design and install a system that included Lochnivar boilers, indirect hydronic hot water tanks, and a strategic layout of pumps, controls, piping and accessories. The installation involved reconfiguring the mechanical room, as well as new upgrades to plumbing, electrical and natural gas provisions. We even replaced the mechanical room door with a larger size to move the equipment in and out.
Another turn-key project by Maximum's Special Projects division.
