When this 3-storey commercial building was acquired by new ownership, our team was called upon to assist with a tricky Air Conditioning System retrofit. The existing system included a 1970's era 3-piece split system with a failed compressor that was no longer supported by the manufacturer.
The Maximum team got to work designing and sourcing a modern 25-Ton, 2-Stage Split System to provide cooling for the building's VAV system. We provided a commercial condensing unit from Keeprite and adapted the new system to the building's existing Air Handling Unit. We included all new piping (running up through 3-storeys to the roof), new Thermostatic Expansion Valves and all new controls.
The team worked diligently to have this job completed ahead of schedule, in time to combat the heat of summer!
