Residential Indoor Swimming Pool

This rural home boasted a beautiful indoor pool in an addition on the house. Unfortunately, the original construction was not done properly with the building envelope and ventilation system, leaving the walls of the pool room rotting and deteriorating.  

Maximum was happy to provide a full mechanical upgrade for the heating and ventilation of this pool space. All new distribution ductwork serving a new fan coil and exhaust system with all new controls have now allowed this space to feel as comfortable as it looks, without risking moisture damage to the building.
